Wayan Restaurant is a French-Indonesian dining establishment located in Nolita. The restaurant is a collaboration between renowned chef Cedric Vongerichten, his wife Ochi, and Ezra William, who sought to bring a new and modern take on the flavors of Ochi’s hometown Jakarta to New York City. The interior design of the 80-seat space was created by Rockwell Group, offering a tropical-meets-urban vibe through lush greenery, rustic teak paneling, and authentic carved wood pieces from Indonesia.
