Everdene Restaurant, located at Virgin Hotels New York City, is a rooftop oasis that pays tribute to Bathsheba Everdene, the strong and independent female protagonist from Thomas Hardy’s novel. Designed by MARKZEFF, this 4,000 square-foot indoor/outdoor rooftop features three pergolas that define intimate seating areas, offering breathtaking views of the city. The indoor space creates a moody atmosphere with its unobstructed view of the Empire State Building, a rounded bar at the center, and lounge seating, complemented by warm red ceilings that add the signature Virgin touch.
